Commercial Missouri interior designers are required to complete 10 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years.

Licensed Missouri architects are required to complete 24 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) every 2 years. 16 of the CEUs must be related to Health Safety & Welfare (HSW) and acquired in structured educational activities.

Certified Mississippi Interior Designers are required complete 12 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) subjects every 2 years.

Licensed Minnesota interior designers and architects are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education (PDHs) every 2 years.

Licensed Minnesota architects are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. A minimum of 2 credits must pertain to Professional Ethics.

As of the date of this post, there is no legislation in place (and no continuing education requirements) related to the regulation of the Interior Design profession in the state of Michigan.
